Emily has fifteen years experience working in global strategy and innovation roles as an integrated specialist in digital, above the line and strategic consultancy. During her career she’s worked on some of the world’s most widely recognised brands including Xbox, Expedia, Lion Beers, Westfield and Australia’s iconic Northern Territory, winning her share of effectiveness awards along the way.
With diverse experience, Emily is a strong believer in the power of creativity to drive business results. She is focused on implementing consumer first strategy to uncover fundamentally new ways of building brands in an ever changing world. She believes that by uniting creativity and connectivity to put people, their needs and their behaviours at the centre you can overcome any brand challenge.
Emily leads Leo Burnett Sydney’s Connect Strategy, working with a team of cross-discipline thinkers to constantly evolve the agency’s approach to creative problem solving. By leveraging the diverse skills of the Connect Strategy team to unearth true business problems and to identify solutions to connect people and brands in innovative ways, the team works to give its clients a competitive advantage.
