Jason is the Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Australia, an agency recognised for its entrepreneurial culture, innovative and progressive creativity. In January 2017, the agency was ranked #9 in the world for creativity (Gunn Report). Prior to his current role, Jason spent 12 years as Executive Creative Director of the highly-awarded Leo Burnett Melbourne.

Jason is a respected member of the creative community. In recent years, he has won the coveted Cannes Grand Prix for Good and the inaugural Grand Prix for Good at AdFest. His work consistently features at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Spikes and Effies, and he has won hundreds of creative and effectiveness awards.

In addition to this, Jason has judged D&AD, Cannes, Clio, LIA’s, One Show, Spikes, Effies and AWARD. He was selected as a coach for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Cannes Chimera program, an initiative designed to tackle global social issues with creativity. He also works with The Communications Council, coaching Australia’s up and coming creative directors.

Jason sits on Leo Burnett’s Global Creative Council, where he is tasked with improving the quality of work in many of the offices throughout the world.He was the founder of YGA (YoungGuns International Advertising Award), the only festival specifically designed to foster young creative talent under-30.
