Sarah’s started her career over twenty years ago at MarketForce in Perth. After seven years at Clemenger BBDO Sydney, she joined Leo Burnett Sydney in 2004.
Prior to moving into talent management, she worked in diverse roles, including Senior Media Planner on Visa and Senior Account Director on Diageo. These experiences gave her insight into the opportunities and challenges of the many roles across the agency.
Sarah’s passion is Leo Burnett’s #1 business priority – our people. She aims to find the best talent in the world, then helps them bring out their best.
Sarah leads our recruitment, career development and training programs.
She’s been an advocate for gender balance, and she’s proud of Leo Burnett’s progressive programs, including an industry-leading parental leave policy and a 100% flexible workplace practice.
As a certified yoga teacher, Sarah also brings an added layer of calm and wellness to our company culture.
