Naomi cares about creativity and people. With almost 20 years in the industry, she credits the award winning work she has been involved with to her strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
After beginning her career in the Publicis Groupe at Publicis Mojo, she was thrilled to return to lead Leo Burnett Melbourne in 2019. She brings experience spanning a wide range of categories including utilities, FMCG, education, sports marketing, telecommunications, government and banking across Australia and Canada. She has extensive experience and a special interest in behaviour change marketing, having led the TAC account for many years. In 2017 she was awarded a B&T 'Women in Media' award and Campaign Asia Account Service Person of the Year. Both The Gunn Report and The Big Won ranked TAC’s ‘Meet Graham’ the #1 creative idea globally.
As well as being passionate about how creativity can solve business problems, through her agency leadership roles she has designed innovative graduate and training programs and led people and culture initiatives. She is actively involved in The Communications Council events and programs and mentors many young people within the industry. She is also on the board of children’s education charity, Ardoch.
