Lots of car buyers – especially women and younger buyers – resent all the car jargon and “disguised” offers that populate the automotive retail landscape. We seized on the opportunity to speak directly to their confusion and cynicism to give Honda a more human voice in all the clutter. “What the H?” is insightful because it speaks to a truth. It’s become our new retail platform for Honda, driving positive engagement with prospects and driving leads for dealers.
